Using your strong background in Training and Talent Engagement, you will work collaboratively with internal / external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective diverse engagement and talent programmes across UK&I including communication, training and development programmes, on-boarding and succession planning to support organisational and individual capability building.
Developing new and innovative ways to engage with employees in complex working environments, you will improve the overall employee experience from cradle to grave ensuring regular engagement with employees as well as establishing effective employee communication channels. Working with internal stakeholders, you will identify training needs and assist in the implementation of training programmes including training design, operations and commercial agreements.
Utilising your ability to plan, organise and communicate effectively, you will engage with stakeholders of all levels maintaining effective relationships while working in fast paced and complex environment. You will ensure senior stakeholder engagement and focus on talent development and succession planning while playing a pivotal role in the identification of future internal talent across the business as well as implementing development plans for high potentials. Working collaboratively with the global talent team, you will implement global training and development programmes including developing content, providing feedback and implementing programmes in the most effective way.
Working with the Recruitment Manager, you will identify and act on pipeline and leadership issues ensuring long term recruitment planning and forecasting.
As the role is responsible for UK &I, there will be an element of planned and managed travel across the region
Qualifications and Experience:
Educated to a good level of secondary education (A level or equivalent); HR-related qualifications (eg.: CIPD level 3) is desirable but not essential
A demonstrable track record in talent assessment, succession planning and development.
A proven track record in delivery of training / development programmes and support material to deliver organisational change
A good understanding of emerging talent practice and be well networked externally
Demonstrable experience of Project management and delivery
Demonstrable continued professional development
Skills & Knowledge:
Delivering work of a high quality (in particular written communications) and implementing high standards in delivery
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Experienced at conflict resolution
Strong drive and emotional resilience
